Hotel Information

We impress upon you the importance of fulfilling AAPT's financial obligations to the contracted hotels. We appreciate everyone's support in booking within the official AAPT hotel block. Learn more about helping AAPT avoid attrition fees.

Room Block Cut-Off

All rooms at the Holiday Inn College Park and the Marriott Inn and Conference Center must be booked by Wednesday, July 1, 2015. It is suggested that you book your room early, since the hotel/room block can sell out before the cut-off date.

Conference Hotels

Shuttle service will be available between the hotels and university.

The hotel is located at the intersection of I-95 and I-495. Shopping and a variety of restaurant venues (i.e. Chipotle, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin Donuts, Potbelly Sandwiches and more) are just steps away from the hotel. The hotel also offers complimentary wireless internet.
