On-Site Employer Fees and Services

If you are registered for the APS/AAPT Joint Meeting, you can receive a $100 discount off Booth or Post Job and Interview Packages. Contact Alix Brice at abrice@aip.orgor at (301) 209-3187 for details.

Option A: Single Booth Package

$550 – Pre-registration deadline is February 1, 2010
$600 – Post-deadline fee

10' x 10' booth includes:

  • One 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Carpet
  • One wastebasket
  • One identification sign

Option B: Two Booths

$1100 - no post-deadline fee

Each 10' x 10' booth includes:

  • One 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Carpet
  • One wastebasket
  • One identification sign

In addition to your booth, you may advertise unlimited job openings, search resumes and arrange interviews on the Job Fair website (available January 18 – March 15, 2010). On-site interview space is available to meet with candidates privately.

Participants may order additional furnishings and services. These costs will be the responsibility of the participant. Please contact Alix Brice if you have additional furnishings/service requests at careers@aapt.org or at 301-209-3187.

Post Job and Interview Package

$300 – Pre-registration deadline is February 1, 2010
$350 - Post-deadline fee

Interview package includes advertising unlimited job openings, search resumes and arrange interviews on the Job Fair website (available January 18 – March 15, 2010). On-site interview space is available to meet with candidates privately.

Off-Site Employer Fees and Services (If you can not attend)

Advertise Job Announcements - $250/posting

Jobs are posted on the Job Fair website and at the meeting (February 13 through March 13, 2010). Interested candidates will contact you directly.

Resume Access - $250

View resumes of all participating job seekers on the Job Fair website (available January 18 – March 15, 2010)
