Scheduled Event to Draw Attendees into the Exhibit Hall
The Poster Display will be located in the Exhibit Hall and will be open during the Exhibit Show hours. AAPT will be holding a Sudoku contest in the Exhibit Hall to draw attendees directly into your booth. Contest sheets will be distributed to all attendees and they will be required to collect stamps from each exhibitor and correctly complete the puzzle for a chance to win. Stamps and instructions will be distributed to exhibitors at registration. Please submit your exhibitor application by June 30 to have your company name included in the puzzle. These special attractions will help draw meeting attendees into the Exhibit Hall and to your exhibit!

Open Exhibition-Public Invited
Do you have customers in the Greensboro area? Invite them to visit the AAPT Exhibit Hall for free between 12:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.

Notes About the Location
The Exhibit Hall will be located on the 3rd floor of the Sheraton. The area is open and it can be accessed from either side by stairs or escalators. A few meeting rooms will be utilized on this floor before, during, and after the Exhibit Hall is open. When the hall is closed, traffic will be directed by stanchions and security guards at either end of the hall. Although the area will be open, the hall will close and be secured in the afternoon for a two-hour break.
