When You Arrive
Pick up your badge at the AAPT Registration Desk outside of the Exhibit Hall. Exhibits may be set up between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, in the Regency Ballroom and Comstock Room of the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center.

Scheduled Event to Draw Attendees into the Exhibit Hall

Due to circumstances beyond our control, AAPT was forced to split the exhibit hall into two smaller rooms. Software and Apparatus Exhibitors will be in the Regency Ballroom Exhibit Hall and Publisher, Toy, and Other Exhibitors will be in Comstock Room Exhibit Hall of the Sheraton.

We have taken steps to assure members will be drawn equally into both exhibit halls. As always, the welcome reception will take place Sunday evening with the refreshments split between the two halls, drinks in one and food in the other. Refreshments will be served in both halls in the same manner as the welcome reception on Monday and Tuesday during open Exhibit hours.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday there will be a Sudoku contest where members must collect stamps from each and every exhibitor and complete the puzzle for a chance to win one of five prizes. Stamps and instructions will be passed out with the Exhibitor packets at the registration desk. To assure that your company name will be printed on the Sudoku puzzles, please have your Exhibitor Application in by June 30.

Tuesday at 4:15 contest winners will be announced in the Comstock Room and the Great Book Give Away will take place at 4:30 in the Regency Ballroom. These special attractions will help draw meeting attendees into the Exhibit Halls

Exhibits in Syracuse will be open to the public at all times.
