Biography
I think I’ll take a leaf from David Chen’s book and just update you on what happened since last year. For everything else, just look at my last year’s bio. The biggest thing this year was college applications, which made 1st semester very. However, aside from all the work (and at OSSM, there’s not a lot left aside from work), I’ve formed good friendships with my dorm-mates. There’s also been, with a lighter workload second semester, more time to just “chill” with my friends.

On to academics. This year, I got a mentorship modeling cosmic rays near black holes and interacting with electromagnetic waves, and we have just recently added in the wave equations. Now there’s a lot of testing of parameters to be done and no doubt exciting things to discover. After a year of actual physics research, I still haven’t changed my mind, and plan on majoring in physics at MIT.

In all honesty, I’m not that interesting of a guy, and this bio has squeezed my creativity dry. Just another guy who likes physics and isn’t half bad at it.

I look forward to seeing people from last year again, and meeting some fresh new faces.
