View Incident History

For Designated Support Representatives only, this option links to

for reviewing, editing, and responding to incident status and updates. Click an issue number to access and edit incident details and to reply to Support updates.

For each incident, Support maintains a record of communication and status changes. Replying to an incident closed due to inactivity reopens the incident.
