Responsibilities of Vice Chair

1. Preside at meetings of the Section Representatives in the absence of the chair.

2. Preside at the Section Officers Exchange sessions in the absence of the chair.

3. Attend, as a voting member, the meetings of the Executive Board and the Publications Committee.

4. Serve as recording secretary for the Publications Committee.

5. Promote the work of the sections.

6. Assume such duties as may be assigned by the Council or the Executive Board.
