Biography
I have always been interested in science and math ever since I was a little boy. Then, dinosaurs fascinated me. I learned all of their names. Later, I became more serious about pursuing math and science. In sixth grade I was placed in the lowest of the three levels for math (How that happened is still a mystery to me). I had to fight my way to get placed appropriately. That not too pleasant experience taught me to fight for what I want.
My current school, Princeton High School, has been very supportive. I was encouraged to challenge myself and given the opportunity to pursue my interests. When I exhausted the courses offered by my high school, Princeton University offered me the opportunity to take advanced courses. I’ve taken two years of physics and a year of chemistry and math (in addition to auditing a course) over at Princeton University.
In terms of other interests, I like swimming and playing the piano. I’ve been on a swim team for nine years. I like swimming freestyle sprints though I was swimming long distance free during my first two years on the high school varsity swim team. I like playing the piano. The romantic and classical composers were the most expressive so I like them the most. I can’t stand impressionists or Baroque style music. My favorite composers are Chopin and Rachmaninoff. I am also an avid gamer. My brothers and I like abusing my university privileges playing the frozen throne on the university computer clusters.
