These AAPT student members have already demonstrated extraordinary aptitude and keen interest in mastering the discipline of physics.

Many of those listed here have ranked among the top finalists of the Physics Olympiad, the Physics Bowl, or the International Science and Engineering Fair. Others have been nominated as an Outstanding High School Physics Student by their teachers.

Or, in the case of college and university students, they have been nominated by their department chair as an Outstanding Teaching Assistant. Others are active participants in the Society of Physics Students.
