What is new?
Enhancements to AAPT.ORG include a new online user account system and login procedure.
Current Members: The current login procedure reverses the previous login order. Enter your AAPT member ID as the username, and your last name as the Password.
New Users and Prospective Members: Create an online user account and your username and password will be emailed to you. Once you have created an account with us, you can login to change/reset your password anytime.
If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve your password.
Why am I having trouble viewing the AAPT website on my computer?
We recommend that you use the latest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer browser, with cookies, Java, and JavaScript enabled. Also, if your browser’s pop-up blocker is enabled, it must be set to allow pop-up windows from aapt.org. To check pop-up settings in:
Firefox, go to Tools> Options> Content
Internet Explorer, go to Tools> Internet Options> Privacy
Why is the system not responding?
TRY THIS FIRST: Once logged in if you experience problems, please try closing and reopening your browser.
OR TRY: Clearing the cookies from you browser and restarting your browser.
SECURITY: As with any online system, you should protect your password from others and always logout of our system after each session.

What is my Member ID number? - Your 5 digit member ID is located on the mailing label of your AAPT journals, directly above your name. It is also printed on all paper renewals.
How do I update my contact information? – You can update your information by logging in with your online account and submitting member account changes here.
