      • This is a 1 hour spin class where dance and music drive every pedal strokeand intentional body movement to maximize workouts. The instructor begins each class with a 5-10 minute overview of proper bike set-up and workout cues that will be used throughout the class (bounce back, up four-back four, intervals, hand placement-1/2/3, etc.). The class will then be taken through 45-minutes of cardio training, followed by 10 minutes of hand weights and stretching.

Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, this class blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. The class includes fitness towels, yoga mats, water and a sanitation station.
