Post-deadline Abstracts Submissions
AAPT is no longer accepting abstract for the 2019 Summer Meeting.
Abstract Acceptance
All abstracts will be accepted, however your abstract will be withdrawn from the program if it violates AAPT's Code of Conduct.
You will not be notified of your acceptance. Please check the AAPT website in early May for the scheduled date and time of your abstract.
Speaker Registration and Attendence
All speakers must be registered by May 22 in order to have their abstract(s) included as part of the program. If you do not register by the deadline date your abstract will automatically be cancelled. You must also be present at the meeting. Your abstract will be removed from the program if you are not available onsite to present your abstract(s).
Presentation Archives
AAPT would like to collect and archive all presentations from our National meetings. Please forward a copy of your presentation to webmaster@aapt.org.
